Booking and Payment Clients will book and pay for consulting sessions directly on our website using our payment processing system. All sales are final. Once a session is booked and paid for, no refunds will be provided except as outlined in our cancellation policy below. 5. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their consulting session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the session start time, no refund will be issued.
